INFONOTARY CERTIFICATION POLICIES

INFONOTARY Certification policies and Certification Practices are an integral part of the User Guide.

INFONOTARY issues and manages different types of electronic signature certificates and other verification services, and therefore has developed and now observes and applies different certification policies for all of them.

The Certification policy for a specific product or solution comprises the methods for conducting a peer review process and initial evaluation of the identity and authenticity of the Holders and the Authors of the electronic signature certificates, as well as the established practices for managing the issued certificates suspension, resumption and revocation of a certificate.

The Certification policy applied for every one of the certificates we provide, determines the applicability restrictions for a certain qualified certificate on the basis of its safety level and the degree of trustworthiness, i.e. the dependability and reliability of the certified facts in the document.
