  • Notarised power of attorney, in case the Holder (person with delegated powers) is different from the legal representative

  • In case of authorization of a person to represent the organization/partnership and the Holder before the Infonotary, a notarized Power of Attorney for the Bearer is also required.

Depending on the legal form, the country of registration and the chosen type of certificate, additional documents may be required to establish certain circumstances and data.
